These serving spoons are made from sustainably harvested beech wood in Liverpool. The wood is spalted, which means that it has been aged to allow fungus to start to grow in the wood. Where two fungal colonies meet, they form intricate black lines. The bowl is large and deep to allow you to scoop up as much as you like from your preferred serving dish. The handle has a gentle curve to allow you to get to the bottom of deeper dishes. The spoon is approximately 29cm long and the bowl is 6.5 cm wide.
Please see the product care page for information on how to care for your woodenware.
